Agro-Ecosystem Analysis and Computer Modeling
Dr. Manyowa Norman Meki is a member of the CEAP Grazinglands Modeling Team, responsible for the development of plant parameters for modeling the impacts and benefits of conservation practices on grazinglands with the APEXgraze model. Research interests include applying EPIC/APEX models to identify agricultural practices/cropping systems that optimize productivity and sustainability of food production with the least environmental impacts. Assists model developers in improving the capabilities, accuracy and precision of the EPIC/APEX models. Other activities include providing EPIC/APEX training and user support.
