- o Ph.D. Groundwater Engineering, Colorado State University
Dr. Park is interested in the development of hydrologic models for identifying present and future water resources management. He currently works on the Real-Time Conservation Effects and Assessment Project (CEAP) and provides technical support by developing database, framework, and analysis tools. His Ph.D. research focused on two topics: assessing spatial-temporal patterns of interactions between groundwater and surface water using a coupled SWAT-MODFLOW model and optimizing SWAT and MODFLOW linkage. He has developed a graphic user interface (QSWATMOD) and a workflow implemented (as a plugin) in QGIS for application and evaluation of SWAT-MODFLOW models.
